We are looking for a highly versatile Creative Technologist with a strong background in Product Design and a technical understanding of development. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering, acting as a translation layer to ensure that high-level creative concepts are feasible, scalable, and built to a foundational level for handoff. You will focus on using advanced AI tools to build, QA, and evolve complex design systems while delivering rapid, functional prototypes

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Augmented Prototyping: Utilize natural language prompts and agentic coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable) to generate functional code, interfaces, and prototypes within hours or days.
  
  
• Design System Evolution: Partner with design teams to incorporate new patterns into living design systems, using AI to identify unused or duplicate components and automate design-to-UI code transitions.
  
  
• Technical Design QA: Lead the quality assurance of technical and design components, leveraging AI computer vision for visual regression and automated accessibility scans (WCAG 2.2) in partnership with our QA team.
  
  
• Bridge Design & Development: Convert marketing briefs and creative concepts into detailed functional specifications and user stories that are actionable by core engineering teams.

MCP Server: Manage the deployment and integration of AI-augmented prototyping tools and the living design system (Figma components) with the central MCP Server infrastructure. Monitor and ensure the MCP Server's performance and scalability to support high-volume automated design system QA and rapid prototyping processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Background: Proven experience in UI/UX product design, information architecture, and the creation of component-based design systems using Figma.
  
  
• Technical Fluency: Understanding of modern development stacks (e.g., React, Next.js, TypeScript) and the ability to read and refine AI-generated code.
  
  
• AI Tool Mastery: Practical fluency in AI-assisted development pipelines, including tools like GitHub Copilot, Roo Code, and Figma AI features for visual production.
  
  
• QA & Accessibility: Deep knowledge of WCAG standards and experience integrating automated quality gates into the design lifecycle.
  
  
• Product Mindset: Ability to balance rapid experimentation with a performance-driven lens for the total product lifecycle.

• Experience working in a agentic coding environment while
  
  
• Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services) where compliance is part of the rapid prototyping process.
  
  
• Strong communication skills for leading cross-functional stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
