Key Responsibilities

- Attract and Qualify Candidates: Use your recruitment or consulting skills to engage with leads and assess alignment.
- Present Career Development Opportunities: Share information on our programs and business model with clarity and professionalism.
- Coach and Onboard New Consultants: Support individuals through early stages of their transition and training.
- Utilise Digital Tools: Leverage CRM systems, content platforms, and social media for outreach and follow-up.
- Commit to Learning: Engage in regular training on leadership, mindset, and digital marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2+ years experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, coaching, or consulting.
- Self-motivated and confident in remote, autonomous work environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in personal development, leadership, and helping others thrive.
- Familiarity with using digital platforms, CRMs, and communication tools.
